NOTICE OF INVITATION TO TENDER 

Sale of the assets dependent on the judicial liquidation of 

VITA ST RAPHAEL SARL 

hereinafter designated: 

A FITNESS ROOM BUSINESS 

in the commune of SAINT-RAPHAEL 

located at 615 Boulevard du Cerceron.

It depends in particular on the said goodwill:

– A right to the commercial lease granted and accepted for a period of 9 years, starting on June 28, 2014, for a period of 9 years from July 1, 2014, to end on June 30, 2023, for a monthly rent of € 5,666.40 TTC (according to the last known monthly rent).

Destination of the premises: “fitness room, excluding aqua bike”.

– Operating equipment, according to an inventory drawn up by a judicial officer

– Sign, customer file, traffic

The Liquidator informs interested persons that any offer to acquire must be submitted to his firm no later than Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 11:00 am, and must include:

– The precise identity of the purchaser (K-bis and articles of association if legal person, copy of an identity document if natural person, draft articles of association if it is an offer on behalf of a company in the process of being constituted or to be constituted)

– The mention “firm and final offer” (no offer subject to suspensive condition will be examined)

– A cashier’s check for 10% of the proposed price

– The proposed price broken down between tangible and intangible items

– Evidence of the purchaser’s ability to pay the price (bank certificate of availability of funds)

– Proof of origin of funds

– Details of previous activities and the envisaged project

– Certificate of independence and sincerity of the prize
